Gena is truly a goddess with extensions and hair color. I love the method that she uses to sew in the extensions and they last quite a long time until I need a move up. I have always been happy with the new extensions that I've received and think she uses a very quality product. As for hair color- I'm not an easy one (grays, blonde, brown) and I know that. However, I've always left knowing that my hair color and extensions look fantastic. For reference, I first got extensions years ago from a different place. Their sew in technique was extremely sloppy and looked like a 10 year old did them when you looked at the weft. When they "moved up" my extensions, they did not fully take them out. They folded the hair up. I started to do different research and found Gena. My hair felt lighter and looked so much better after my visit. She is worth every penny

I’ve had such a wonderful experience with Gena! She’s personable, professional and very knowledgeable about color and extensions, with years of experience. For the first time, I felt like someone truly understood what I wanted. I’ve always wanted a lighter, more natural feel and she confirmed that switching my extensions from two rows to one would achieve that. We made the change, and it feels so much better—exactly what I was hoping for. Her salon has a warm, welcoming vibe and she genuinely cares about her clients. If you’re coming across this review, it’s a SIGN to get your extensions done with Gena ASAP. I cannot put into words how OCD/perfectionist I am about hair and making sure it matches. I can call out extensions on people from a mile away, and hesitated to get them done for this very reason. From my very first consultation with Gena I knew she was an expert. She was patient with me and all my questions and took so much time to make sure the hair would match perfectly. Not just the color, but also the texture and type of hair which is equally as important to me. Fast forward a few weeks, I got my extensions done today and could cry of happiness!! I’ve been experiencing post partem hair loss and naturally just have very fine hair. I wanted to get extensions done before my wedding next month and I cannot say enough about how great they look and feel! I can barely feel them in my head, they’re not itchy or annoying at ALL! I can still do a high pony and any other hair style I normally do. The color matches perfectly, my natural hair lays on top of the extensions seamlessly, and they look amazing!! If you’ve been thinking about it, DO IT. And do it with GENA, you won’t be sorry!

Just WOW! Gena is incredibly knowledgeable and talented. I came in two weeks ago for a consultation. The salon itself is in a fantastic spot and is stunning! She gave me so much guidance on what could improve my current extension experience as well as how she could work to improve the overall health of my hair. She was very flexible and open to working with me to make what I wanted possible! After our consultation, I immediately booked an appointment me with her. I just left the salon and I am over the moon with my experience and the way my hair turned out! She was so thoughtful, considerate and generous in her services. This felt like the hair appointment of my dreams! A five star, white glove service beyond what I’ve ever experienced in the 15+ years I’ve been getting my hair done. Gena’s philosophy is rooted in her love of making people feel and look their best. Hair extension girlies know- you pay a lot for services like this, and you should walk away feeling like your time and money was worth every penny- Gena made me feel like a new person! One thing that’s super unique about Gena, is she has developed her own style and approach to extensions. Retaining hair health and recognizing that every client requires unique customization- and treating their services as such- is at the center of her work. What an enjoyable experience! Everything about Gena and her new salon is fantastic. She will pamper you and make you feel like you’re at a mini day spa. Washed hair, drinks of choice, snacks, the perfect color job, and quality extensions. I recommend taking the day off when you visit her. It’s that enjoyable! 15/10 for sure!
