We had a second company come to address our spa heater issue today. It took him 5 minutes to diagnose and 5 minutes to fix. He bled the gas line and the heater is working perfectly. For $99. Not $350 labor + $155 igniter which wasn't the problem + $105 service charge. It was not a free service call! We now have a new service provider

Jenn and Amanda in the office were so helpful and friendly! Manning was one of the only companies willing to do a one-time pool clean for one of my clients and we're so happy with the results. Fantastic service and communication all the way through. I would highly recommend Manning for recurring service to anyone that asked.

Great service. Every time I tell someone we get a weekly report from our pool maintenance company they are so impressed. Plus everyone I’ve interacted with is friendly and helpful. They’ve even handled warranty repairs, which is so nice- one less thing to deal with. There are probably less expensive services (though I’m not sure, I didn’t price shop), but the helpfulness, responsiveness, and friendliness adds a lot of value I think.

Manning Pool has always been great, but they recently went above and beyond restoring my pool post Hurricane Beryl. They showed up immediately after getting power and was able to take care of my pool with no additional charge. Highly recommended.

I really highly recommend Manning Pool Service. I had a very short timeline of needing to renovate my pool and Manning was able to get the job done seamlessly. They were in consistent communication regarding every step of the process and ensured that everything was taken care of in time for our event. The follow up and consistency and their customer service is what makes them stand out! We also did their cleaning services and would recommend that as well. They send a detailed report after each visit and do a great job with the service. Special recognition to the owner himself, Jeff Manning, and Ian who works in the office as well. Jeff was very thorough and consistently checked on the progress of the replaster. We chose the pebble sheen in Aqua Blue and absolutely loved the look. Pictures attached of the beautiful job that Manning did and we are in love with our new pool!
