I had a wonderful experience at this music shop! I came in to replace the strings on my daughters guitar, and everything was done incredibly fast and with great quality. The owner is very friendly and truly passionate about what they do — it makes such a difference! They also have an amazing selection of guitars from all over the world — such a unique and interesting collection to explore. Thank you so much for the excellent service. Highly recommend this place!

Dishonest and rude service. Shops like this are why people just go to Guitar Center. You people should be ashamed of yourselves and the way you conduct business. As is made clear by your responses to other reviews, you clearly don't care about your customers. Why don't you go find something to do with your life that doesn't make you such miserable people.
