UPDATE: The manager asked me to return for another facial soon after this one. It was amazing! A BIG Thank You to Massage Envy Middletown and their manager. They really care. I wish I could make a new pleat but I don’t know how. Previous: Nicole was sweet. She has a great bedside manner. The reason I rated “okay” is because I did t feel like the facial worked. I asked to have the same facial that Maddie did, and I asked/paid for the red light and the lip therapy. However, when I looked in the mirror in my car, my face looked exactly like it did when I came in for the appointment. I shared my skin is naturally dry and I wanted my skin vibrant like I did in my last two facials. I used a lot of my credits on up-sales and gave a nice tip. Unfortunately, I don’t feel I have anything to show for it.

I had my first facial experience ever! It was amazing 10/10! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was calming and welcoming. My esthetician, Madison, was incredibly knowledgeable, gentle, and attentive to exactly what my skin needed. The products felt amazing, the massage was so relaxing, and I left with my skin glowing brighter than it has in years. I loved the recommendations she gave me. I do think the products are very pricey! But I’ll consider purchasing since my skin is so important.
