Dryer died, and Faig was here same day. Ordered parts and was done with the repair in no time. Fantastic service, and saved me a bunch of money over the cost of a new dryer. Absolutely calling him again if any other appliances break.

My LG refrigerator needed repairs. I was able to get an appointment with Faig within the next 48 hours. He showed up on time and provided me with a quote for repairs, which I found to be fair. He got to work and was graceful to work around my kitchen’s many obstacles and even took it upon himself to clean up the mess accumulated under the fridge. That was unexpected and appreciated. I now have his card and will contact him again for future appliance repairs.

They deserve their 5-star rating. Called Thursday afternoon, they came out Friday to take a look at our dishwasher. They were on time and called before they arrived. They were honest about this issue - it's more of a design flaw than a broken part. Answered all of my questions. Their pricing is fair and they are highly professional. They had come out a while back when we needed help. SO glad they gave us a magnet for our fridge - I was able to call them back when I needed them. Highly, highly recommend Master Appliance Repair for dishwasher repair, stove repair, refrigerator repair.

Faig! He is a true professional in his field and a master of years of experience. I gave him a call, we schedule an appointment for a diagnostic on my LG washer, which was coming up error code: LE. Faig knew what the issue was: the stator. Needed to be swapped out and replaced new. Luckily my washer was still under 10yr warranty with LG for the Drive/ Motor. I spoke to LG customer service got all the paper work squared away and the part was sent to Faig to have the motor replaced. He came out right away to replace the motor and he got my washer up and running. It was worth the 2 weeks of waiting, rather than paying for a new washer. Faig is a problem solver and a true professional.

Out of frustration and two no shows from Sears Repair, we called Master Appliance Repair (for my 87 year old grandmothers Kenmore top load washer). They answered my call on the second ring, and were here the next day. Adam was amazing! He came out and diagnosed the failing washer machine in a short amount of time, and was able to leave it in an operable condition. I asked his advice on replacing the machine, and received a truthful response. The replacement part was here in an acceptable amount of time (I'm sure we could have had it sooner if we'd opted for expedited shipping). Once the part arrived, he was out the same evening to repair it. I can't express my gratitude to Adam. He was professional, kind, and explained the repair in full. He was also so kind and gracious with my 87 year old grandmother. Their rates are super reasonable considering the cost to replace a washer machine. I would highly recommend Master Appliance Repair! Thank you Adam! Please give this guy a raise! :)
