Master movers did a phenomenal job moving us into our new home yesterday! The job took around 10 hours with four of their men. The guys were all very helpful and efficient would absolutely use them again if we move in the future.

I’m so glad I went with Master Movers and plan to use them again in the future! From the beginning, setting up my move with Jessi was super easy and they were very accommodating to my night shift work schedule. As for the move the crew were quick, friendly, and professional. All details about price and logistics were worked out at the beginning and no surprise fees were tacked on at the end. Jamante, Mike, and Ed were all business and a joy to work with. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

Had a very disappointing experience with Master Movers. What was supposed to be an easy, straightforward small home move by professionals turned into an extremely stressful, 10-hour long day of stress (with me having to assist) resulting in thousands of dollars worth of damage due to negligence, and a $600 Xbox "missing" (stolen). For context, one of the original two movers walked off of the job unexpectedly after 2 hours. The remaining worker recruited two others to help and said that they had been approved by the Manager. We only found out after the job that these workers were not trained professionals whatsoever yet we were still charged the rate for four movers. While they did eventually refund us for the labor, we could not end up filing any "insurance" claims for the damage as we were told it meant we'd have to permanently send away our furniture. We also had to spend hours of our own time fixing our storage unit, which was packed extremely haphazardly and completely below par for professional moving. Also while this company claims to be bonded, we were never compensated for the Xbox and every attempt to follow-up about it was ignored. If you have very expensive/valuable furniture items, I would not recommend using this company for your move.
