Great customer service and great prices. Jeremy the sales rep was very friendly and knowledgeable. Showed us some great features on the lazy boys in display. Would buy there again. Please be aware if you are not a member of Mathis, that the smaller more expensive price applies to your purchase!

Ali the sales associate was excellent!! Very courteous & a good listener. Two thumbs up!! 👍👍 Not happy in not getting the member's price. (I did make a purchase there today). I buy furniture every 2 - 4 years, and will look around before I purchase there. I am also looking for a sofa set & dining room set. Several people feel the same as I do about member's price.

After sharing what I was looking for, Eden showed me exactly what type of material I needed for pet friendly couch. He’s very friendly, knowledgeable, and took his time explaining things. Christian was a great help with picking out mattress and combining the sales.

We had Jeremy & Chasity as our sales people and we we're thoroughly pleased with the professionalism and courtesy at them both. Any questions were answered and even though we needed to repeatedly keep trying the mattresses they had no problem swapping them out and ensured we got the one we absolutely were looking for.
