It was an outstanding experience. Shelly Walker was extremely helpful and patient as I took much time (and three visits) to finalize our order. She worked overtime and was proactive in helping us make our decisions without being overbearing. Truly an asset to the store making Matter Brothers our go-to for future furniture/accessory needs. We visited many furniture stores, this is the best quality.

Ordered a sectional in early January and our sales professional had us pick our colors out and told us it would be here within 3 months. Here we are in the middle of May and they still have not delivered my furniture. They hold your money hostage on orders and do not communicate with distributors well. I talked to the COO of the company that was building our couch and he said it was delayed because Matter Brothers didn’t provide the information needed to get started on the furniture. Quite possibly the WORST shopping experience I have ever had. Wish I could 0 Star

I would highly suggest NOT working with This furniture store. We purchased a couch at the beginning of January with a promised delivery date of March. It is now MAY and no delivery date is in sight. Save yourself the money and the stress and go ANYWHERE else.
