I would strongly warn others about dealing with this company, especially someone named Adrian who handles customer communication. My husband left the company a negative review. After that, Adrian started texting me repeatedly. Instead of trying to resolve anything professionally, he began accusing me of having a private employment arrangement with one of their cleaners. That accusation is completely false. The only reason I had the cleaner’s phone number was because I once sent her a tip through Zelle when I didn’t have cash. During the messages, he also insulted me personally, calling me “cheap” and saying I deserved to lose money because I was “stupid” enough to send it. He even said he doesn’t care about Google reviews at all and actually told me to go ahead and leave another bad review, “as long and detailed as possible.” At this point I’ve decided I won’t engage any further. The $240 that was mistakenly sent is gone and I’m letting it go. But the behavior I experienced from this company was shocking. Not only did the cleaner involved behave poorly, the person responsible for customer communication was even worse. Seeing so many positive reviews now honestly makes me question how they were obtained. Based on my experience, I would be extremely cautious about using this company. 😑
