The staff here are amazingly kind and patient. I took our Sunny (parakeet budgie) in for an exam after loosing our other parakeet. Ski and Sunny lived together side by side for over a year. It was extremely devastating loosing her during an urgent care visit with another facility. I searched in prayer for Sunny to have a great and knowledgeable veterinarian. I called to inquire and Ms. Leah eased my anxiety through the phone and assured me that Dr. Hall was the best and was very knowledgeable with birds and exotic pets. This meant so much to me, because finding a veterinarian who truly knows birds has been rough. Upon entering the facility for our 1st visit ever, Sunny was greeted by name at check-in. A beautiful huge welcome board was in the exam room to welcome him with what staff would be treating him for that day. I was even invited to stay in with him the entire time. This made me overwhelmingly ecstatic especially, with how patient and gentle Dr. Hall and Amada was to my birdie. Trying to navigate after loosing Ski is hard, but they gave us a sense of hope for Sunny and we thank God for blessing us with our new veterinarian family. We'll be back with our bearded dragon soon. Thanks McGehee Staff for everything ❤️

This was Max's first visit, and he had a large time! The word got around that an adorable Basset Hound puppy was in the waiting area. Dr. Barnes took care of my last 2 Basset Hounds, and I trust her decisions. I really appreciate how she calls me after a visit to ask how my dogs are doing.
