A great restaurant. Only vegetarian. The flavors and the quality of the food is amazing. Every dish was good. Pongal, Upma, Dosa and Poori everything was amazing. If you are around this place you should definitely go. Parking is a bit scarce. So be mindful. Overall a great place for a great price. The flavors won't disappoint you.

We thought we’d give Meenakshi Bhavan a shot. I kicked things off with a spicy mirchi and coffee, which were absolutely delicious. I also loved the kal dosa combo (the idly could have been a bit more), but it was still super tasty with chutney and sambar. It really brought back memories of my India days. The paneer kothu parotta was so homely and satisfying.

My wife, granddaughter and me went over on Friday for a late lunch. I ordered the Thali with coffee and my wife ordered the Ghee Onion Rava Masala Dosa. Granddaughter had the strawberry lassi. First of - this place is reasonably priced and hits the price sweet spot for me. The filter coffee for $3 is good. I have had better- but this place it was good. The thali came with mint rice, white rice, dal, potatoes poriyal, opo kootu, rasam, curds, lemon pickle, papad, poori and sweet. The quantity was good for an individual. I have one feedback for the establishment- please add one more vegetable poriyal to the menu. The potato fry though fantastic would have been well complemented. The Rava dosa along with the 3 chutneys and sambar was good as well. I especially liked the tomato chutney a lot. The service was exemplary- hence the 5 star rating. Great place that I would revisit as well as recommend.

Great South Indian dishes, at extremely affordable prices. We had a combo 3, the vada was freshly made and kasri was delicious. The rava masala dosa, with onions was yummy. Among the three chutneys, the one with peanut and spicy one were great. The sambar idli was warm and soft. Service was excellent.
