I don't know why the food was better here than a lot of restaurants

The floor in the karaoke room was really sticky. It looked like they put us in a room that a group had just finished using because there were still pitchers and cups left behind. They removed those items but never came back to actually clean the table. We also had to use an app to play karaoke songs, and the selection was extremely limited. We didn’t enjoy our time as much because we spent so long searching for songs. Every time we wanted to order anything, we had to step out of the room to do it. We also had to go ask for the pitcher of water after waiting awhile, even though they said they would bring it. If gratuity is already included in the rates, I would expect and appreciate better service. For food, there was a hair in the dumpling — thankfully, they refunded us. If you order chicken wings, make sure you check the prices before you pay. We were almost charged double, and they told us it wasn’t fixable. After we asked them to correct it, they weren’t able to adjust it, so they removed it from our bill instead. We’re glad they were willing to work with customers to fix the issue.

Honestly, the room was clean and the staff was friendly but the app was only in Chinese and did not offer many songs. It was extremely limited and kind of ruined the night because everytime we looked for a song it was not there. Even popular artists such as Sabrina carpenter only had one song available. Truly a letdown considering how nice the room was and cheap the price was per person.
