Leah caring and demonstrates professionalism and expertise. I have seen multiple professionals there and all have been wonderful. I have never had annual skin check-ups until I started coming here several years ago.

Lauren and Diana are consistent with their personal brand of patient engagement. Doctor Pearson has the best bedside manner in Houston. Thank all off y'all for the superior services.

Too quick to do scarring surgery on my left cheek to eliminate a nodule. I reduced it with a vibrator with no resulting lifelong scar. Dr Pearson would not discuss any alternatives to scarring surgery to reduce/remove a 6 weeks nodule. I asked about injections or minor entry to break it up with no discussion... He was only interested in doing surgery... Very disappointed.

My dermatologist appointment was with Dr. Karrie Amor. The staff and even the one assisting Dr. Amor were kind whom I shared normal interactions. Upon entering the room, Dr. Amor immediately diagnosed my issue as being a bad lip-rolling habit I needed to break. Each time I attempted to explain the history of my two-year-long issue, Dr. Amor would cut me off with her diagnosis and treatment plan (plan being Aquaphor). I stated repetitively that I do use Aquaphor consistently with no change in my problem, which she would then claim the problem as being a bad habit alongside aging, despite my age being 20. Soon, Dr. Amor began to direct all her comments to the family member present in the room with me, insisting that I just needed Aquaphor and a rubber band to fix my bad habit of lip-rolling. I was surprised because as a patient, I attempted multiple times to explain the history behind my problem, but Dr. Amor was insistent on interjecting and even directing her conversation fully to a third-party family member as if I were not in the room anymore. I am quite unhappy about Dr. Amor's seemingly careless diagnosis and treatment plan. I understand that Dr. Amor is far more knowledgeable, but I do not understand the chronic interruptions and dismissive attitude she displayed throughout our entire appointment. Dr. Amor made it very apparent that she does not feel the need to consider what a patient has to say about their own issue.

I am writing to share feedback regarding a recent appointment I had at your clinic. I came in seeking help for a painful cyst-like issue near my tailbone. Unfortunately, I left feeling dismissed and deeply dissatisfied with the care I received. Despite waiting approximately 20 minutes, my interaction with the doctor lasted no more than 2 minutes. During that time, the physician did not make eye contact, remained focused on typing into the computer, and seemed uninterested in fully understanding the situation. When I respectfully asked if he could stop typing and listen to me, he responded that he could "multi-task," which felt dismissive and unprofessional given the nature of my concern. I was prescribed antibiotics without a thorough physical evaluation or discussion about potential treatment options. Based on my understanding and prior experience, issues like the one I presented often require more than medication—sometimes surgical intervention is necessary to resolve the problem effectively. I left the appointment in significant pain, without a plan, and with the impression that my concerns were not taken seriously. I understand that providers are busy, but patient care—especially when someone is in visible discomfort—deserves more attention and respect. I am requesting a follow-up appointment with a different physician or a referral to a specialist (ideally a general or colorectal surgeon) who is willing to properly examine the issue and discuss all viable treatment options. Thank you for your time and understanding. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and used to improve future patient experiences. My tailbone still hurts by the way and getting worse.
