Water heater went out; I contacted Mr. Mendoza after a quick google search for handyman in my area. It was pretty late in the day and he was able to replace it same evening. (I was so stressed out since tenants didn’t have hot water.) He is very trustworthy and skilled. Highly recommend, I will be using his services again. Honestly, Orlando was a godsend!
