Update April 2026: Sue has been an integral part of my journey at Method 3. She has believed and motivated me more than I can say and express my gratitude towards her. She is more than a trainer, she is a friend! Almost 12 years and still going strong! Method 3 has been an essential part of my life since April 2014. We have weathered many events together, weddings, births, moves, pandemics and even deaths. There are days I just show up and do what I can and other days that I am in the zone. I never leave M3 saying I wish I never did this workout. I always feel better - inside and out. Method 3 is a non judgement zone and you come as you are at your level. You are the glue that keeps me together!!

I have to do a shout out to Sue Davis at Method 3 Fitness. I started my journey with Sue back in 2015. I decided I needed to get in shape to get ready for extensive travel when I retired. I was in semi-private classes for years and enjoyed working out with others. Sue tailored the classes to our abilities and made sure we got in a good workout 2-3 times per week. When the pandemic came along, Sue set up zoom classes and provided a list of dumbbells and other equipment we could use at home. Classes continued and we stayed fit! That was amazing. Then I had some medical issues - hammer toe surgery, meniscus surgery, hand surgery and then another toe surgery. I moved to private training with Sue and again did zoom classes until I received the ok’s to get back to the gym. I am just getting where I can resume the higher weights and more cardio. Sue has been exceptional support to get me back to regular workouts, ensuring I do not over do it or wimp out and take it too easy. I am in great shape for being 71 thanks to Sue. I can still hoist myself up onto the back seat in the Safari jeep and hope to still do that when I am 81. Thank you Sue for your encouragement and varied workouts that keep me coming back year after year.
