I was first impressed by the cleanliness of the office and then by how proficient the staff were with respect to their “first timers” intake process. Dr. Higgins is exactly who I have been searching for my entire adult life. She keenly listened to understand exactly what I wanted done and within a short period of time had a game plan established to achieve my stated objective. She accomplished this while also providing me a level of comfort I’ve never experienced with another doctor. If asked to use adjectives to characterize Dr. Higgins, I would say efficiency and effectiveness!

I love Metropolis dermatology's DTLA. Modern and fast . It’s close to my home. All I have to do is walk out my high-rise building across the street. I always grab a cup of coffee 9 AM out the door . Their hours are perfect for the working class. Julia Berman is the best. She young and Energetic. ❤️❤️💋💋💋💋love this place

As a long time patient of metropolis dermatology, I have had the opportunity to meet many of the staff members. Each member has been extremely courteous and helpful. Each doctor that has cared for me, has been extremely knowledgeable, each with great bedside manners. They're combined efforts with staff members make each appointment a positive experience. I am very thankful to each member of this facility.

My visit with Dr. Casey Lubner was very pleasant. She was very attentive and took the time to listen to my concerns and address them. The entire visit was smooth from start to finish. The front desk was welcoming and the medical assistant was proficient in preparing me for my visit. I arrived about 15 minutes before my appointment time and was seen promptly after I checked in. Parking was pretty convenient; parked at the garage at 833 S Flower St for $15 and walked over.

Look no further, Dr. James Wang truly is the best of the best in the world of dermatology. I have been seeing him for years since he opened his first office in DTLA, and he has since expanded all across the city, a true testament to his expertise. As a healthcare provider, I admire his professionalism and keen attention to detail. On top of that, his office is state of the art - modern, clean, and with absolutely incredible views of DTLA to boot. Moreover, communication and appointment scheduling via their messaging portal could not be easier. My experience with Dr. Wang and his entire team has been nothing short of fantastic, and I continue to refer friends and family to him to this day. Thank you, Dr. Wang!
