I had an unnecessary encounter with an employee. Its was the black man whom was blowing up balloons with a head covering. He was very aggressive and for no other reason than I must have disrupted him when I needed simple help at the selfcheckout. He told me to go about my business and just leave the store. He was very mad and I felt threatened. I did call the store as well as corporate. You need to terminate his employment asap. He really could be a danger to your wonderful customers.

Always have everything in need. The floor plan is huge so it's never tol crowded in the aisles and you don't feel like your in other customers way all the time

All the employees at this location have been great, but in this review, I’d especially like to give particular kudos Corey in framing. We came in with a an old framed photo that we needed to change out the plaque that was on it. The previous framer, from many years ago, taped and glued everything together. We thought we could make the change ourselves, but the previous framer made it like Fort Knox and we couldn’t really take it apart without destroying parts of it. We were also in a time crunch for this, so Corey was great about going over our various options with us and letting us know what he thought was salvageable from the original framing job. He was personable and easy to work with. We were able to come up with a plan, and he let us know it would be ready the next day, which was way better than we hoped for. The price was also very reasonable, which is important because I work for a nonprofit. All in all, a great framing experience.

Good place to get supplies for crafts and art. Store isn't that big, so call first to see if the item you want is on the shelf. Ever since Joannes closed, this place gets the foot traffic, so supplies might be limited

They have some good products here. I was searching for art supplies for my son's projects. They always have great coupons and good sales each week!
