I scheduled a walking review of our church to have the entire building re-keyed. The technician provided me An email quote that I responded with “approved” the same day. He told me verbally that he would probably be back out late the following week after parts were ordered. Early the following week I called to establish the actual time they intended to come and there was a lot of confusion and they let me know that the parts had not been ordered. They said they would order them that day and that they would be in by the end of the week or the first of the following week and we scheduled An appointment for the following Wednesday. The day before the appointment, I called to confirm that they were coming because I had heard nothing from them. More confusion and a supervisor called me back to say the parts had not been ordered again. I told them they clearly did not want my business and moved on to another company. This was a very bad experience.
