Putting one star because it makes me have to take one. This is a no star review. I came to drop off my computer for deep cleaning and to exchange a bad item I purchased. This morning was the poorest I have seen customer service. I get the whole TCG crave for cards, but for you to make your regular customers to wait in long lines to check out is crazy. I am not there to stand in a line for something the 200 PPL are expecting to wait for to exchange a warranty part. Then to tell me I can't go to the counter for internet pickups. When, if that person is not helping someone, they will most definitely help a customer out of that line. You should have been letting your regular customer check out at that counter and not wait in hour in line. We have lives and Jobs to get back to! Let's do better by your regular customers.
