Mike is really awesome. I was having problem on my laptop due to unable to start. Best buy told me that my motherboard was damaged and asked me to purchase new laptop. However, Mike just get my laptop back to normal. He is way way better technically and much nicer!!!!! I definetely recommend Mike if you are having some issue with your PC/laptop.
