I know I have some dental issues. I got great care with Mint in Lake Worth, TX. We had a plan. I moved to Ft Worth and changed Mint locations. I went to get my teeth cleaned and the DOC at Ft Worth is explaining to me that I have a loose tooth, my teeth are going to fall out and there are different types of cleaning. I replied, "I know there are different types of cleaning, I know I have issues, but who are you to say my teeth are going to fall out"? Went way south at that point - I thought the plan would be communicated from Lake Worth DOC, ie, my paperwork to Ft Worth. Apparently that is not the deal. So, Here I am looking for a Periodontist. I am good with great dental advice- These folks missed it

1/13/2026 Title: Charged My Insurance Without Doing Any Work I had an extremely frustrating the first experience and like I said in the beginning, shady! This company billed my insurance despite not performing any work whatsoever. No service was completed, no work were made, and no results were delivered—yet a claim was still submitted. This is unacceptable and raises serious concerns about transparency and business ethics. As a customer, I expect to be charged only for services actually rendered. Having to chase down explanations and corrections for something that should never have happened in the first place is exhausting and unprofessional. I strongly recommend that others verify all charges carefully and monitor their insurance statements closely if dealing with this company. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend them. If you want to reach me, like you claim you wanted to do, YOU DO HAVE MY CONTACT INFORMATION!!! I’ll be waiting Here we go again!

The staff is wonderful! They are very professional and walk you through everything. I was nervous about my work I needed done but they put my mind to ease. Aisha( sp?) was fantastic!

Love the staff at this office especially Kashae! She is very attentive and caring! The best customer service all the way including the dentist and assistance! Do your self a favor and go see for yourself! Way to go to the HORNE team, blessings!!!! Thanks again for the promt help Kashae!!

5 stars PLUS!!! I was able to get in quickly, the cost was very fair, then environment was spotless....but the staff. 10 stars!!! From the front counter to the doctor and back they were outstanding. Ashley, Chandra and Dr. Khanal were the absolute best. I didn't catch the names of the two gentlemen who assisted with prepping me for the procedure, but they were patient and kind as I was not looking forward to the multiple shots in my mouth. I would 100% recommend and plan on returning for any future needs and cleanings. Thank you all!!!
