Would do less stars if I could. I came to them with a somewhat simple order of brochures to be printed day of, which in my experience as both a printer and a customer is a somewhat simple order and they were kind enough to accept our request although communication could have been better. The issues began when I was charged a much higher than usual amount for my prints which is fine in this scenario, I'm coming last second after all, however I would expect the quality to be of a professional level if I am going to pay an arm and a leg for them. What I received instead, too late to make changes, were brochures that throughout were littered with easily correctable issues for a professional printer to solve. The colour was awful and muted and also the calibration of the machine was completely off to the point every impression had the Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, and Black completely off the mark from one another. pictures attached, I don't suggest using this company. There are many other local options in and around this area. I reached out to them after these issues asking for some sort of explanation or apology, maybe even a refund of some sort and after 3 days all I have received is one email that they are "looking into it". Just overall a very unprofessional and disappointing experience.

I can see why this business has so many 5 star reviews. I was in a pinch for some funeral card as another printer was terrible. They worked very quickly and have a very easy process to approve the order. I am so thankful for their help. They are a reasonable price, have ample parking and have a quality product at a reasonable rate. Highly recommend.

I had my wedding invitations printed at Minuteman. They required a custom cut with specialty folds. After my venue canceled, I had to have the invitations reprinted. The first time, they had them to me in two days. The next time, they had them completed the same day. Both times, they were friendly, efficient, and priced fairly. The quality was beautiful.

Blown away by the customer service! We've been looking everywhere for a printing place that could help us print out some pages for a journal prototype we've been working on. We went to Minuteman Press and we're helped immediately by a friendly man named Steve at the counter. We discussed what we were looking for, he gave us several options, and started printing right then. We were in and out of there, with our project in hand in LESS THAN 10 MINUTES! And that was not rushing! The cherry on top, because what we asked for was under $5 he didn't even charge us!! He smiles and said "it's community service have a great day" we tried to insist but he wouldn't take it. We will definitely be coming back for all our printing needs and recommending them to everyone we know. Which btw, judging by their display, there's nothing they don't print. Thank you again Steve for a wonderful experience!

Fantastic business with wonderful customer service! I had five pieces of digital art that I wanted to print; Minuteman Press was responsive to all my questions and was quick to supply me with a price quote. Katherine took the time to talk with me and together we worked out the best medium for my art prints. The art came out looking amazing, all within 1 hour of working with Katherine in-person. Minuteman Press is also taking steps to ensure customer safety with social distancing rules in place. Overall, excellent customer service and a definite recommend!
