I hired Miros Cleaning and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. Prior to the cleaning, I proactively communicated with management about an ant issue and provided photos of the ant-killer residue that needed to be cleaned. We agreed on an additional fee for this specific task. Unfortunately, the team did not complete the agreed-upon work and left the property without notifying us. More concerningly, a bottle of wine was broken during their visit. Broken glass and wine stains were left on our floors and walls (see attached photos), and no attempt was made to clean it up. When I contacted management about the incomplete job and the damage, I asked if the team could return to clean up the glass and finish the work. I even offered to pay an additional fee if the scope of the work was larger than they had originally anticipated. Management initially agreed to work with us, but after our payment was processed, they informed us that they would not be returning to clean up the mess or finish the job. I am leaving this review because I am deeply disappointed with the quality of the cleaning, the property damage left behind, and management’s unwillingness to take responsibility or resolve the situation professionally. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend their services.

I manage a property and tried to work with Miros for cleaning and they made billing a headache and were also unprofessional, overpriced, poor cleaning and communication. They did not complete cleaning on time or as agreed and create a troublesome scenario for us as property managers in addition to the poor cleaning and communication.
