I came here for mole/freckle removal and touch ups over the last couple of years. Compared to other places, they do a really meticulous job of ensuring your comfort during the process. Scheduling is pretty easy and straight forward through their texting process. They also send reminder texts 1-2 days prior. Each time I've gone, I've been given numbing cream, ample time for the cream to set, and the actual removal. They've also allowed complimentary touch ups if the moles haven't been fully removed (in a reasonable time frame of course). Once the appointment is done, the care doesn't really end there. Aside from providing detailed instructions for post care, staff have checked in via text to ask how the healing process has gone. Overall, the service feels more personal rather than transactional. If only I didn't live so far away, I would make time to come back more often to try their other treatments. And biggest plus - ample parking, in KTown! Highly recommend this place for your facial needs.

My sister had her acne treatment here. She had microneedling program. The staffs gave us very good advice and they made gentlely treatment. The clinic always is clean and have very relax music. We are so happy with these sevice.
