I am beyond pleased with the work just completed. Jason was quick, pleasant, and very professional about replacing 2 defective protruding exterior GFCI outlets at my house. He pointed out that the outlet on the front porch was a fire hazard due to nicked wire insulation. Excess moisture was probably causing the circuit to trip repeatedly. These outlets were 24 years old and needed replaced. I was so pleased with the responsiveness of Christian at the main office and the timeliness of Jason's arrival to complete the work. Great experience overall! We had a couple of small bumps, but Christian (one of the owners) was always polite, helpful, and clearly focused on customer service. From our first call, he quickly provided a quote, explained the 2-year workmanship warranty, and scheduled the job the very next day with the inspection right after. I asked a lot of questions and wanted to make sure the EV charger was installed exactly per the manufacturer’s instructions, and he never made me feel like a bother. From the initial inspection to finishing the job, and even coming back the next morning to ensure the inspection went smoothly, he was thorough and reliable.
