We are frequent users of M&M Austin Limousine instead of ordering an UBER for airport trips. They are always punctual and professionally mannered with impeccable vehicles. I schedule pickups for my mother from Europe and I have never had a problem. They communicate with me through text when the driver is enroute and has arrived. I highly recommend them! 10 STARS

I tried legitimately working with this company, but it had other plans. After initially being told I would owe $125/hour on a 4 hour ride, my bill said $135/hour. They said they accidentally told me the weekday price, but were still charging me the weekend price; in essence, they wanted me to pay $40 because they made a mistake. It also tried to charge a $25 beverage tax after telling me such expenses were covered. That’s why I refused to deal with them and suggest others do the same.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about Rod and his team at M&M. We worked with them for drivers to/from AUS, getting international attendees where we needed them for a conference. Everything went beyond smoothly, M&M was quick to change itineraries even last minute, and they were always on time and easy to communicate with. Prices are also very reasonable. Just skip the uber and go with M&M!
