Booked modern maids to deep clean my 4 bed 4 bathroom house. It was supposed to be a team. They sent 1 person and she told me her mom couldn't come so she paid her to fill in. She also thought the house was a 3 bed 3 bathroom. Needless to say i didnt let the one peson clean as it would have taken forever. They wouldnt even give a full refund. Mentioned there's a $70 fee if they show up. Extremely frustrated and pissed. I have visitors coming to my house and I needed it cleaned before they arrived. Horrible first experience and it will be the last.
