I went to the spa for Thanksgiving morning. The service the safe provided was impeccable. I can not say enough about the staff. The facilities are also amazing. The one hour massage was amazing. It included gratuities valet parking mimosas other drinks were also provided. They have a beautiful jacuzzi overlooking the Riverwalk. They have a dry and wet sauna. Everything was very clean. I cannot say enough I will definitely be going back!

From the moment you arrive, you feel the luxury and attention to detail. The staff is incredibly attentive and truly takes care of you. The spa is the perfect place to relax, I love that it’s not overcrowded, which makes the experience feel special and exclusive. I highly recommend the CBD massage; it helped me relax my muscles completely. At the end, I enjoyed some time in the jacuzzi with a stunning view of San Antonio. Increíble! 🤩

I like to do a spa day whenever we go out of town and have been to some great spas, but this was one of the best spa experiences I have ever had...weird that it was in San Antonio! The facilities were clean and nice, but nothing over-the-top or super fancy. What made this spa day so great was the staff, the massage therapist and the comfort of the table (the head and foot part inclined and was so quiet that you could barely hear the motor). There were nice touches like the rose sugar scrub to wash your hands before the treatment and the choice of essential oil to smell before the massage started. The robe was also plush like a soft blanket and the locker had 2 hair ties, a shower cap and a makeup wipe, which were nice touches. The day we were there, the hot tub area was crowded, so we just used the sauna. My friend and my husband said their massage therapists were also excellent and that it was also one of their best massages ever and we are spa enthusiasts! The front desk staff and the locker room assistant were so kind and professional, which is rare these days! Would def come back and might just go back to San Antonio to do another spa day here!

Absolutely loved my stay, the location-perfect. Customer service- great! MARCOS and nicole were amazing!!! 5 stars! Area for improvement- Carl (manager) needs help on customer service, needed credit card authorization form and he mentioned it would take 6 business days. Nicole made it happen in one day. Service for cleaning was outstanding.

This place was absolutely amazing. I did the summer rain massage and pedicure. The massage was about an hour long and I didn’t want to leave. This place is HIGHLY recommended. The staff is very attentive, facility was clean, and the atmosphere was very relaxing.
