I don’t give negative reviews often, but there are much better ice cream shops to visit in Fort Worth than here. Here is my reasoning for giving 1 star. 1. A single scoop is only half of a normal cup but in their picture representing the size they show a mound of ice cream protruding from the top. I paid $7 for a double scoop just to see what she’d give me and I feel jipped. 2. I got the peppermint Oreo vegan ice cream. In my opinion it’s kinda gross, I have gotten way better vegan ice cream from a grocery store. My bf thought it tasted “off” too. It tastes like doughy and it’s not crunchy at all, the Oreo is soggy. But the lady working recommended it so that was disappointing too. 3. The vibe is just not there in general. They do not allow you to taste any flavors. They say if you buy it and don’t like it they will switch it out. That seems more wasteful than letting people have a tiny spoon. I’ve never been to a place that didn’t let you sample. Also the straw my bf got for his shake was tiny. More like a skinny martini straw, not a shake straw. That’s a small thing but overall a big annoyance on top of everything else since I paid $17 for just a shake an ice cream. The service was okay, nothing about this place was fantastic at all. I’de go somewhere else if were you tbh, especially if your looking for vegan options.

My fiancé and I are ice cream connoisseurs and so we’ve been trying to find the best ice cream place in Fort Worth. Every place we have tried so far has been subpar, but Morgan’s ice cream was unique and delicious. He rated the cookies and cream a 4/5. I rated the chocolate cookie dough a 4.8/5. We ended up catering them for our wedding! I would give the ice cream 5 stars, but the communication for catering to our wedding 2 stars :( There was no letting us know anything about how they cater: what to expect, flavors, etc. But the worker who came to serve was SO NICE. Loved her.

I took my daughter out for a special treat and decided to try this ice cream shop. It did NOT disappoint! We absolutely loved it. Texture and flavors were amazing. Great options for diet sensitivities like dairy free, gluten free, and dye free. I had the vegan and gluten free chocolate chip cookie dough. So delicious! Will definitely be back!

One of the most delicious ice creams I've ever had! Definitely put the "cookie" in "cookies, cookies and cream", I don't think I've seen a C 'n' C with so much cookie in it! Employees were nice too! I'll definitely come back here again if I can!

The service here is amazing, very friendly and so incredibly knowledgeable. I visited on a Monday at 4:30 PM. The building is small with not much seating. But there was plenty of room for me and the couple of customers in the building. I love fall flavors and selected the pumpkin brown butter molasses cookie dough and salted maple walnut ice cream. I was a bit nervous because they do not do samples at the store to taste the flavors ,but talking with the employee about the flavors helped. The salted maple walnut was my favorite flavor. both selections were not too sweet and we’re perfectly creamy. I think I will brave the crowds for their fill your stainless cup event on October 16.
