Professional Towing Services with a Commitment to Safety
Morris & Sons Towing operates in San Jose, providing towing services that prioritize vehicle recovery. However, feedback from customers consistently highlights serious concerns regarding their practices. Reports indicate instances of aggressive towing, where vehicles were removed without consent, leading to high fees and negative interactions with drivers. Customer experiences suggest a need for enhanced driver training focused on safety and respectful communication. While the company offers towing services, potential clients should be aware of the aforementioned issues as they consider their options.

I had a very bad experience at Target today. My car was towed for something insignificant in less than ten minutes. I called the number posted in the parking lot, but they didn't know anything about it. I thought my car had been stolen, so I went inside the Target store and asked the security staff; they gave me a different number—for Morris & Sons Towing—which struck me as odd, but it turned out they were the ones who had my vehicle. The most shocking thing I realized when I went to pick up my car was that there were many other people there, and they had all come from different Target stores. It is quite obvious that Target is doing business with this towing company across all of its locations in San Jose. If you can, avoid going to Target—and please spread the word—because you could be next. For years, it had been my favorite store, but after having to pay $455.00, I don't think I will ever go back.

An unspeakably evil company. I saw them tow an Instacart driver’s car while he was parked somewhere that was not blocking anything. These people are unspeakably evil.

These people are desperate and hungry for money; plus, you'll end up paying around $400 to $600 to get your car out within 24 hours. Please don't leave your vehicle unattended for too long.

Rude and scary. The lot attendant trued to intimidate me. I felt unsafe.

Worst towing company. Will find the slightest of chance to make free money. Go do something meaningful than towing cars while they have parking permit
