I was nervous to leave my pit bull, Cletus jr, in hands of the muggle, but as soon as i saw the 6’5 scrumptious light skin employee, Niles, i knew that my beautiful Cletus was in good hands. When my Cletus got home, he was very pleased.

Dog happy. Me happy. The tall handsome man with the lushes beard, Niles, was very sweet and kind and made my heart flutter. My Brazilian White Back Mountain Chiwawa, Sir Fuzzy Mittens the 3rd came back super calm and looking like he had the spa treatment of his life. I hope this reader tries out the muggle. If I had to rate it out of 10 stars, I would rate it 1 because it’s 1 of 1 out of 10 stars, because it’s 10. I love the muggle.

I was quite anxious leaving my dog at a boarding center, however my experience could not have been better. The daycare is so clean and professional. Rio assured me that she’ll be in good hands.

First time boarding my cocker spaniel went great! I reached out for an evaluation and they were able to see her that week. The evaluation was quick and we were able to book my dog for boarding that weekend. We received a video and a couple photos over the weekend and my pup seemed to be very happy (and sleepy) when we picked her up.

I take my dog Charlie to daycare here once or twice a week, and lately have been boarding him frequently as I’m traveling a lot for work. Charlie was overwhelmed by the playroom at first but after a while warmed up and loved going. Mr. Muggles doesn’t allows toys which is great for dogs with possessive issues. They also regularly provide updates when I pick him up or via text (including photos or videos). They know each dog’s personality and how to handle large groups. When Charlie got a little nippy at the end of a visit, I suggested that he take more breaks in his crate and they followed my instructions and he did a lot better. It’s pricier than Rover but I’m happy that I have a place for Charlie to stay where I know he’s safe and cared for.
