Thank you so much Mr Rooter for sending Pascual Adame to unclog the kitchen sink. He worked tirelessly to make sure the kitchen sink was unstopped. It called for more work to be completed. He did not leave until the sink was flowing smoothly. Also he was very kind and courteous, he explained everything that had to be done before he did anything to get approval before it was done, because there was extra work to be done.Thank you Pascual for doing an absolutely phenomenal job.

I badly needed plumber assistance (clogged main drain) in early evening and called 5 different services (from the internet ... ugh!) with no help at all. When I called Mr. Rooter, however, the person answered my needs positively and promptly said a technician would call me within 20 minutes. By then, I was not confident that would happen. BUT ... Keyfer Giveash DID call and told me where he was, how long he estimated he would would finish there, and said he would call me when he was ready to come to my home with an ETA. He did call me as he promised and arrived exactly at his ETA. Keyfer was most courteous and professional, promptly and correctly diagnosed and corrected the problem. We had out-of-state visitors at that time, so his service was most appreciated! That kind of quality service is how business should operate and ... unfortunately ... very hard to find and experience. Thanks for a job exceptionally well done.
