Brought my 95 Impala SS in for service due to transmission fluid leak and performance issues. Set up an appointment and upon arrival vehicle was promptly inspected and diagnosed. Received same day service to fix the problem. Completed satisfied with the results. Customer service was great and I would definitely recommend Mr. Transmission for anyone seeking transmission service.

Super knowledgeable staff that know how to breakdown their assessments in easy to understandable terms. I so much appreciated not feeling pressured into making decisions on possible needed car maintenance. Logan, who helped me actually said “these are things you can go home and think about. This is nothing urgent and if you do decide to do them, this is the cost.” Wow!! How refreshing it is to not feel like you are being Fearmongered into doing unnecessary work. I highly recommend this place and I’ll definitely be back for any future needs.

They found out the reason why my torque converter kept stalling and hard shifting. I went to A1 in Pasadena and they could not rebuild my transmission the right way and said nothing was wrong when clearly my car was hard shifting..How ever I would recommend Mr transmission .They found out the problem and now my 2008 impala is driving good. I am very satisfied with my service and did not give me no problems and was on the road in no time. Ask for Steve good dude and was honest and helpful all the way!

This place is awesome, friendly, and great customer service! I was googling places to get transmission serviced at and called. Mr. Steve was very informative over the phone and made himself available for me. As soon as I walked in, they started test driving my vehicle. I definitely will be back. They have won me over!
