Just picked up my dress from alterations and it's been a relaxing experience from start to finish. Thank you Susanna and Victoria!! I was able to visit their new studio which is located in a beautiful loft with gorgeous windows and you can tell they took the time to make it a cozy and comfortable experience for the bride. Only one customer at a time and all their efforts and eye for detail is on you. Very transparent and upfront quoting so no surprises there at all. I never felt rushed and they took the time to listen to my needs despite my many questions. Highly recommend this alterations studio!! It's an elevated experience and it's worth the peace of mind. They took the stress out of alterations!!

I had a wonderful experience with Ping and would recommend Mrs P Stitches to anyone for any kind of bridal alterations. For some context: I was extremely disappointed in the store I purchased my dress from (Blu Ivory) for having ordered my dress in a much larger size than what was needed, which required a lot of alterations that I think could have been avoided almost entirely if the dress was ordered to fit me, so I was feeling very discouraged and not excited about my dress overall, when I initially reached out to Mrs P Stitches about a quote. Thankfully Susanna was helpful from the moment I reached out, and Ping did a fantastic job. Not only was the price lower than some of the other places I reached out to, but the service was above and beyond what I had hoped for. Ping is considerate, kind and accommodating, and even let me keep my dress in her store (after it was ready) until the week prior to my wedding, so I could do one last fitting to make sure it was a perfect fit. Never once did I feel rushed, or like I had to make any decision I wasn't comfortable with, and I'm absolutely thrilled with how the dress turned out, and I got a ton of compliments on it on the day.
