Beware they will not exchange online purchases. Make you repurchase and the shipping cost is on you both ways. They lie on the product videos about sizing to try and move undesired merchandise.

Much Ado is my favorite local boutique! Mary and Isabella curate the prettiest, most feminine pieces — lace, bows, and all the details I love. Their live try-on videos are fun and helpful, their customer service is great, and they run amazing sales. I also really appreciate being able to order online and pick up at the warehouse to try things on right away, with the option to return for store credit if needed. Nearly all my favorite pieces in my closet have come from here, and every time I wear them, I get compliments left and right. Such a fun, unique boutique!

I love this place! They outfit me from head to toe most days. Their fit videos are on point. I order it online on the lives, go in and try it on in their dressing room and they're always really great about exchanges/returns! I really think that they want you to love what you buy! I also just love Lisa. She is just so kind and so sweet every time I interact with her. Love the brands they carry too! Being a small business I get that it's hard to have in-store hours, but I would love to see more in-store hours. Definitely download the app and start shopping! 🛍️

This has to be one of the best shopping experience to shop online. Love all the lives which makes shopping online so much better, it gives you a better idea of sizing and quality. Customer service is top notch they always respond very quickly . This boutique is pretty much where I do about 75 percent of my shopping. I love supporting small businesses and this is truly one of my favorites to shop at. I have had so many compliments on a lot of my clothes that I have purchased . You have a forever customer. By the way you can tell Mary loves what she does and puts her whole heart in to Much Ado .

Shipping is fast and easy and their app is one of the most user friendly apps I've ever used. Could not recommend this boutique more!
