I had an amazing experience at Muscle & Joint. I worked with Mary for a year pre- and post-surgery to relieve pain in my shoulder. For years, I struggled with shoulder pain, but when it got to the point where I was in constant excruciating pain, I started at Muscle & Joint. After a year (with a surgery halfway through!) of consistent effort, dry needling, cupping, and tons of support from my therapist at Muscle & Joint, I now live pain-free and have restored full range of motion in my shoulder. My guidance at therapy was clear and beneficial, my questions were always answered, and I felt cared for through my whole surgical prep and recovery process. Also, the administrators are really easy to work with regarding questions with insurance and billing. For what it's worth, I never thought I'd get back to full mobility, but here I am! I cannot recommend Muscle & Joint enough.

I saw Sarah to treat a hip flexor issue, and she was great! Very positive and encouraging, and provided me with a lot of tools to continue strengthening beyond my PT sessions. All the staff are super friendly. Highly recommend.

I honestly thought that I wouldn’t be able to run again after being injured but not only did I run a half marathon but I was able to do a full one this year. I can’t thank my PT enough! Curtis is probably the best guy in the business. He really helped me throughout these years and now I don’t want to see any other PT. Muscle and Joint Therapy in general have been super nice and are always making sure that no matter what they can take care of me! I will probably keep going until I’m 100 years old and still wanting to run.

My mom had an incredible experience working with Brian Ball. From day one, he took the time to understand her needs, create a great treatment plan post her knee replacement surgery and made her feel supported every step of the way. He is very professional, knowledgeable and thanks to his guidance, she’s seen real progress and felt stronger every day. Highly recommend Brian to anyone looking for a dedicated and skilled physical therapist!

I highly recommend Muscle and Joint Physical Therapy for all pt needs! I’m a distance runner and Sarah helped me recover from hip flexor pain and return to the marathon distance, where I even set my personal record. In addition to the doctors, the Pt techs are also all super smart, kind, and capable so you have a positive experience at all stages of your visit. Scheduling is breeze with text alerts to let you know when you’re under scheduled or when an appointment in your preferred window opens, which makes it easy to stay on top of your PT.
