Rude and terrible customer service. When we entered in the store we were not greeted whatsoever and we did not feel welcomed. My brother said hi and the worker (short, chubby, and white) did not respond and gave him a weird look. Additionally, we went up to the worker and got ignored two times. We then asked him a question and he kept ignoring us, put a guitar away, and looked at us like we were crazy. He replied that they didn't have that here and we asked him if there's any chance that he knows any stores that would be selling what we're looking for. Then all he did was shrug and say "nah" with the rudest tone. Safe to say, we won't be coming back here because of how terribly we were treated from this worker.

Overall good experience renting a cello. My teacher approved of the instrument saying it had good projection. Nice people there and made adjustments when I asked.
