Typical winter park. Great place to take a stroll if you dare to do it 10 degree weather 😊. The Missouri River didn’t disappoint. Ice chunks floating by made it an amazing short stop.

The park gets worse. The area where the private boat slips are get daily trash. Pickup and other amenities while the general public side doesnt even get mowed and although there are brand new picnic tables in a pavillion put from the floods 2 years ago the park has none for me and my family to enjoy. They even made it impossible to have water access. I think the city of omaha should feel somewhat responsible for that child drowning considering they give those families no where else to go in that area. My personal opinion.
