I honestly think I just found the best nail tech in all of Austin. I should be gatekeeping her so she doesn’t fill up but I have to let y’all know that Estefania (Stef) is amazing. My nails came in looking so bad & I left looking like a hand model. She is so knowledgeable about Russian manicures and the WHY they do what they do. She is also super fun and funny!! I would recommend her to anyone I know ¨̮

OMG! I am absolutely OBSESSED with Nail Art House. The owner is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable which made me so eager to make an appointment here. I set up an appointment for my wedding nails and Estefania absolutely knocked them out of the park! She was INCREDIBLE! She was funny, bubbly, and a perfectionist which I LOVED! She not only made my wedding nails absolutely PERFECT but she also made the experience one I’ll never forget. From the moment I walked into this salon, I was greeted with smiles, friendliness and fast service. The girls even had a sweet tray set up for me with champagne, a card, and a lovely body oil. They truly went above and beyond to make my wedding nails appointment beyond anything I could’ve asked for. I was so happy I even pre booked my next two appointments 🫶🏼 THANK YOU NAIL ART HOUSE! and THANK YOU STEF!!

I had Florence as my nail technician, and she is both incredibly organized and extremely detail-oriented. She really listens to my preferences and makes sure everything is exactly how I like it. I’m absolutely in love with my new nails and couldn’t be happier with the result. Definitely will be a regular at Nail Art Salon.

It actually bothers me to have to leave a bad review for any place, but the juice is not worth the squeeze here. I paid $180 (service + tip) for what ended up being a buff & shine on my nails. Yes, I came in with a nail issue on a couple of nails. That's why I came here. I wanted to improve my nail health. I was about to go on a week long business trip and wanted my nails to look presentable. I sent the following to the salon after my experience: I have been dealing with onycholysis on a few nails since last year. As a result, after my nail artist consulted with the owner, it was decided not to do any gel overlay or polish on my nails at this time. This was understandable, as I know why some salons wouldn't want to take the risk with certain health conditions, and I have been actively trying to maintain and improve my nail health since this issue began. It was decided to provide me with just nail filing/buffing/cleaning and cuticle trimming, leaving my nails bare. While this was disappointing, as I had an important business trip upcoming, I understood the salon's choice. What I didn't understand was the decision to charge me the full $155 (nearly $180 with tip) for this service. Initially, this appointment was estimated to be 2hr15min long, beginning at 1:15 PM. When I got to the salon, I had to wait at least 20 minutes after arrival due to my nail artist's previous appointment running late. My appointment started around 1:45 PM, and my service was over by 2:30 PM. Even with the late start, it was significantly shorter than the end time of 3:30 estimated for the full service. I also wasn't informed of any price change during the discussion of changing my service, but due to taking off a significant part of the appointment time and effort, my assumption was that there would be a change in price. Clearly, I assumed wrong. -- I spoke with the front desk to confirm that even though I did not get the full service with gel/color, I would still need to pay $155 (+ tip) for 45 minutes of work on my nails. -- They said they made up for the late start time by offering "red light therapy" on my hands, which my nail artist would switch over from hand to hand. First, that doesn't make up for having to wait that amount of time when I had made an appointment. Also, my nail artist did not switch it to my second hand. And that was mostly because they were finishing with my service so quickly that there wasn't even time to do this therapy on the second hand. I hate to be pedantic, but I didn't even get the service they offered as the "make up" for making me wait. They cut my cuticles, buffed my nail plate, and put a little bit of rose-scented oil on. I didn't even get a hand massage! I told this story to multiple girlfriends and everyone was pretty shocked. I wanted to make sure I wasn't overreacting. I understand these types of luxury services are becoming harder for most people to afford these days. The salon, after back and forth, first offered me $20 off, then $40 off, after sending a couple emails. I wanted to try to resolve this directly with the business as opposed to coming to reviews. I found their offer insulting, considering the overall price of the "service". They can keep my money and I will not be returning. Good luck to them!
