Service truly depends on which tech you get and the experience the tech has. I have gotten cuter sets and some pretty painful sets. I stopped going a while ago after my tech destroyed my nails and completely filed the sides off. The shaping was bad and was SO painful. They didn’t offer me a refund but they did do a free removal. If I had pestered they may have refunded cost of service, but I am not one to speak up. Because of my mixed experiences, I’d have to give a mixed review.

I stopped going there because of the mixed experiences I had and went back for a simple service, getting my acrylic nails removed, and I left with the service unfinished. I didn’t realize until I got to my car but at that point I had to go home to leave for work. I’m not sure if you can see in the picture but there is still residual and it’s hard to the touch. Not to mention I paid in cash and the lady took the money and said thank you thank you when I was expecting change and proceeded to give me the incorrect change I’m sure to keep for herself. Just very money hungry at this place and it shows that’s why I stopped going.

I got a TAP gel manicure from Hian! I showed him some pictures of what I wanted and he knew exactly what to do. Everyone there was so friendly and kind. The line work on the nails was pristine. He was fast and still detailed. And my 3 year old even came in and got a manicure for $3! She loved it :)

Currently writing this review as I’m still in the shop getting a pedi 💅 Honestly this place never ever misses. I go to Mai every single time and I’m more than pleased with my sets. She takes her time, and really shapes your nails to your hands in a way I’ve never had before. Her attention to detail is immaculate. I MEAN LOOK AT MY NAILS YALL!! BOOK WITH HER!

I had such a wonderful experience at Nails on Neil! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and comfortable. The staff are not only professional but also genuinely friendly, which made the whole appointment so enjoyable. The salon itself is spotless and has such a relaxing atmosphere -- you can tell they take cleanliness and customer care very seriously. The service was excellent from start to finish. They paid close attention to detail, took their time, and made sure I was happy with everything along the way. I really appreciated how they went above and beyond to make the experience feel personalized rather than rushed. Overall, I couldn't have asked for a better visit. Great service, clean environment, and a friendly team -- Nails on Neil truly exceeded my expectations. I'll definitely be coming back and recommending them to friends and family!
