We’re in town for the weekend and discovered an issue with our valve. Bike shops are normally so busy so we were worried that our biking weekend would be ruined, so we came to the shop with low expectations. However, the nicest guy immediately helped us. He was able to swap out the problem and got us back to good shape immediately! Thank you! We so appreciative!

They replaced a spoke and trued my wheel for a reasonable price, and they got it back to me within an hour. All the other bike shops I called had turnaround times of at least 1 week. Super happy with how fast they were able to get it done for me.

I took my 7-10 YOA Schwinn bike in because the rear brake wasn't working. I also wanted a general tune up. Plus - they were able to work on it the next day. Minuses- The salesman was thinking the bill (+/- 350) would be a reason to just get a new bike. An equivalent new bike would run about $900. To me, this would be like going to a car repair shopped being told "You have a 10 year old car that is paid for and runs, but you should get a new car (and loan)." No, thank you. They were supposed to call when ready. The first time I called, I got "The Voice Mail Box is full and not accepting any more messages." First question is how long have they not been checking messages and missed possible sales. Second thought is if they aren't checking messages frequently, what else are they overlooking? (Segues into) Third point - When I brought it in, my first concern was the rear brake wasn't working. The plan was to swap out parts and adjust it. When I got it back, the rear brake still was a slight slow. I took it back, and they adjusted the cable. Clue I am not a high speed rider of a lot of mileage. Sign on the back.

I hadn’t ridden my bike in over six months and decided to take it out for a ride, only to realize my tires wouldn’t pump. After walking my bike to East Sac Bike Shop, the mechanic went above and beyond to help me. They quickly diagnosed the issue, recommended new tubes with eventual new tires. Then they were able to offer within the hour labor and provided exceptional service. My bike now feels brand new thanks to their expertise and attention to detail. Fast, reliable, and truly outstanding customer service. I highly recommend this shop!
