NEM Spring Roll Bar was great! Got 4 spring rolls with tofu and they were so fresh and filling. The noodles with chicken as well, and the bahn mi was great (I recommend adding an egg to both).

I've been wanting to try Nem Spring Roll Bar for a while since the concept is very intriguing to me. The inside is very spacious, modern, and clean. The restaurant follows a BYOB assembly format, similar to places like Chipotle or Cava. I did find the line was kind of slow and overall observed some inefficiencies. Perhaps the workers were still new, but there were some confusions with other people's orders. The portions they were giving out were small too. I ordered both a banh mi sandwich and 2 spring rolls. While the flavor was good and the ingredients were fresh, as someone who's gone to many Vietnamese restaurants in DFW, you can get bigger portions for less money. For example, the banh mi portion here is about half of a full banh mi but double the price. The sauce serving size is also on the lesser end as well; while the sauces had good flavor, there wasn't enough for me to enjoy with my entire order. Overall, I still think this place is worth checking out, especially if you work near this area

I know Nem is super famous for their spring rolls, but OMG their chicken and fries combo is delishhh!The fries are perfectly crispy and fresh, and the chicken is juicy with that golden crunch that hits just right. The combo even comes with a super tasty sauce that’s addicting. And the staff are soo nice — super friendly and welcoming every time! Definitely go back here.

First time at NEM Spring Roll Bar and we loved it. The service was so good, totally impressed with the staff and how friendly and welcoming they were. The food is fresh and tasty. Had spring 3 spring rolls (steak, chicken and pork). Steak was my favorite. Also had a rice bowl with chicken and the chicken wings. All were really good. Give them a try, we will be back for sure.

As soon as I walked into the restaurant, I was impressed by its cleanliness and the neat, inviting atmosphere. The menu and ‘create your own bowl’ concept are straightforward and user-friendly, making it easy for first-time visitors to order. My cashier, Alex, was very knowledgeable about all the ingredients offered and provided me with detailed explanations of each option. The highlight of my experience was definitely the freshly pressed cane juice. Served in a generous cup, it delivered a naturally sweet, refreshing taste with herbal notes. If you’re looking for a quick, fresh, and healthy meal, this is definitely a place worth trying!
