Extremely disappointed with my experience at NFS Tax Services. I dropped off all requested documents—including two full years of bank statements—nearly three weeks ago. Understanding the workload during tax season, I intentionally gave them time and did not rush the process. However, when I finally called for an update, I was told they hadn’t even started on my file. No communication. No updates. No indication that my documents were even being worked on. During tax season, timing is critical, and this level of disorganization and lack of urgency is unacceptable. If there was a delay, that should have been clearly communicated—not left for the client to discover weeks later. I trusted them with sensitive financial information and important deadlines, and this experience has been incredibly frustrating. I hope they take this as a serious opportunity to improve their communication and workflow, because this is not the level of service clients should expect.
