My fiance and I have gotten my engagement ring, both of our wedding bands, and a pair of earrings using the stones from some family jewelry custom made with No.3 and have had an amazing experience! The staff are always friendly, helpful, and responsive (BIG shoutout to Leah and Carol, especially), from the design process to production to pick-up to regular cleanings. I've also gotten some non-custom jewelry that I wear regularly and love. I think the prices are fair, given the amount of time, attention, and quality that they clearly put in to each piece. I'm certain we'll keep working with this wonderful team in the future. Thank you, No.3, we love you guys!!!

I bought a ring for my wedding ring stack from No.3 and I really appreciated the overall experience: Carol was really patient during my appointment and I didn't feel pressure to make a decision. Ultimately she helped me pick a Laurie Fleming piece and I was so happy about it! It arrived in a timely manner and the quality was excellent. During the process, I also liked that she pointed out customizations I could make. This year I returned to buy another custom ring from Chelsea during a trunk show and it was the same attentiveness, patience, and willingness to help while giving me space to decide that made me feel comfortable to make a purchase! Buying high quality jewelry is such a big decision and I've consistently felt well taken care of at No.3, in such a beautiful neighborhood too.
