I love it here. I’ve been here 3 times now and the food hits every time. It’s kid friendly and the service is great, always suggesting. Can’t wait go back and get something different.

Aida was our server, she provided the best customer service, she explained the menu very well, provided some suggestions that were delicious. Arranged a romantic setting that was very cute for me and my partners anniversary. Dessert was on the house for our anniversary, such a nice touch to our romantic evening. Drinks were amazing. Thank you North Italia. Shout out to our server Aida. Great dining experience! We will be back!! 🤩

WOW!!!!!! That's all I can say! Our server was Tiffany and man does she know her stuff! I'm so indecisive and she guided me thru the menu with so much patience. We had the garlic truffle bread, chicken parm, braised short rib. The ribs were definitely the star of the show. My partner also said the chicken parm was the best they've ever had. And please dont get me started on desserts. It was so hard to choose. We got two. Both were outstanding. Even the espresso was of such amazing quality. 10/10 I will be back so soon to try everything else.

We came here for my sister’s birthday and it was a surprise dinner and the staff were super helpful with everything! The establishment was very clean and I loved that it’s a dim lit restaurant. I got the bolognese, my friend got the spicy rigatoni vodka, and we shared the hot honey and smoked prosciutto pizza and everything was spectacular. The one thing that I wished was a little better was the service, although the other staff members were very helpful with everything else, I felt as though our server was a little impatient and annoyed with our party (we had a party of 10). Although our experience with our waitress wasn’t the best, I’m hoping to have a better experience next time but we’ll definitely be back! :)

really wanted to like North Italia, but our visit left us pretty disappointed. From the start, the service was noticeably slow. Any time we needed something — whether it was water refills, utensils, or just checking in on our table — we always had to wait and try to get someone’s attention. It felt like the servers were stretched too thin or simply not attentive, which made the whole dining experience frustrating. As for the food, it was hit or miss. Some dishes came out overly salty, which took away from the flavors rather than enhancing them. I ordered the pork milanese, and while the presentation was fine, the taste and texture weren’t. The pork was dry and lacked tenderness, making it feel more like a chore to eat than something enjoyable. For a restaurant that markets itself as refined Italian dining, I expected a lot more balance and care in the preparation. The atmosphere itself is nice, and the menu looks appealing on paper, but the execution just didn’t live up to it. Between the long waits for basic service, uneven flavors, and a dish that fell flat, it wasn’t the kind of experience that makes me want to come back. With so many other great Italian spots around, North Italia has some catching up to do if they want to stand out for the right reasons.
