Vicktor is the best guide for cold plunges, he’s patient and knowledgeable.

Great guided sauna and cold plunge experience with Victor. He explained the breathing techniques and helped everyone stay calm and focused during the cold plunge. The whole session felt safe, relaxing, and really energizing. I left feeling refreshed and reset. Thank you so much for your friendly behavior and we will definitely come back!

I was less than a min late. They didn’t let me in and didn’t try to help provide any alternatives. They just couldn’t care less.

Walked in expecting yoga. Got customer service from a DMV with incense. Not today! 🫠 They’ll happily take your money for years — no problem there — but show up one minute late after circling the block for parking like a vulture and suddenly it’s: “sorry, you can’t come in. You can’t sit with us energy. Ah yes, nothing says zen like punishment and locked door. Never going here again. Good riddance. Yoga is supposed to be breath, grace, flexibility… not clock-watching like a prison warden. Someone entering two minutes late is not going to collapse the chakra grid. Claiming “luxury” while offering, no parking, and no grace. This place is not calm. It’s fake zen. It’s not accommodating. Just pure matrix spirituality. Not for the real. It’s just overpriced rigidity in stretchy pants. Very “namaste… but only if you’re early.”
