Ordered my tires from Goodyear.com and choose NTB as my installer. There was a slight delay from Goodyear with the delivery but Ms. Paula and team were great with keeping me updated on the status and I was still able to get my tires installed same day. Paula made sure before I departed that I was fully aware about tire alignment, rotation, warranty and repairs. Thank you guys for everything. Will totally recommend.

Came in last minute with nails in the 2 rear tires. Paula was great from start to end - she was very honest about the issue, pointed out immediate need vs would be nice. As someone with no experience in this realm, that was comforting. Due to a time crunch, I wasn’t able to get a new set but Paula’s customer service was top notch so I will def be back!

Tony and Paula were very professional and very nice. We had a tire emergency and were from out of town. They took excellent care of us and took care of us quickly. We were in and out in about 30 minutes. I can not say enough nice things about this place or Tony and Paula.

I went back cause I was having problems with my auxiliary battery. Luis and the team efficiently addressed the problem and completed my service in less than 2 hours. I don't remembered i've write a bad review about any business before. Yesterday morning I had a blowout tire in the middle of 75 near to exit 4 (Greenville/Southwestern) so i managed to drive & park right next to the shop, i uber for work & when i came back later. i went to the shop in order to get a new replacement tire. i spoke with the manager about the situation & that i need a new replacement, two minutes later another employee came telling me that they don't have the right size for my Fiat 500 & that they need to order it, i called my friend & together we asked them to just open the wheel bolts to be able to take off the tire & take it somewhere else . The manager onsite was very RUDE, not HELPFUL & completely refused to help us with anything. Thank god my friend & I found another tire shop near (King's Tire Shop) who let us borrowed the key lug nut & he had the right tire size i was looking for. so it was a very bad experience with NTB Tire Shop.
