He was clearly expert in this field and was kind and funny, in addition to making me feel comfortable airing some 'dirty laundry' in terms of eating habits, etc. It was my first time speaking with a nutritionist and I certainly learned a lot and am excited to implement these changes and see what happens. What I appreciate most about Joey's approach is his encouragement and intention with his recommendations to 'make it easy' on myself. If I'm trying too hard, it's not sustainable.
