obsessed with Nuvitru! Came for a day pass to get some healing and this place is such a vibe! Started with a body scan - great info! Did the dopamine chair, hydrogen inhalation and leg compression but my fav was the shift wave chair - I need this everyday LOL! Also did red light therapy and spent a little time in the sauna, and the owner Lahana brought me an electrolyte drink afterwards to help hydrate me 😭 they also have a therapist, goodies available for purchase, and amazing health services (which I’ve been using for years now) that also offers personalized supplements! 1000/10 recommend and def will be back!

Absolutely loved my day pass at Nuvitru! I did a day pass and got to experience all the modalities — what an incredible way to spend the day. My session included the dopamine chair, compression leg therapy with the cofnitive clarity helmet and shift wave nervous system session. I ended with red light therapy and infrared sauna. Every single offering was thoughtfully designed and the whole vibe of the space is next level. But honestly? The extras put it over the top. They made the most delicious matcha and an electrolyte mocktail that was so good I’m still thinking about it. It’s the little touches like that which show how much they care about the full experience, not just the wellness services. If you’re on the fence about trying Nuvitru, just do it. The day pass is the perfect way to explore everything they have to offer. I’ll 100% be back!

I had the most incredible morning at Nuvitru Wellness today - truly an experience that goes far beyond what you’d expect from a wellness visit. From the moment I walked in, I was welcomed and guided by Grace, who made everything feel seamless and thoughtful. I had the opportunity to try a range of their wellness modalities - each one designed to support the body in a deeply restorative and intentional way. What stood out most, though, was the heart behind it all. Spending time with Dr. Lahana over her incredible matcha and meaningful conversation was a highlight. As the founder and CEO, her passion for functional medicine and truly personalized, holistic care is unmistakable. You can feel that this is more than a business - it’s a mission to help people understand and heal their bodies at the root level.  If you’re looking for a place that combines science, intention, and genuine care - this is it. I left feeling both energized and deeply cared for.
