Tracy and Cat provided fantastic customer service. I was new to e-bikes, and Tracy took the time to make sure I felt comfortable and informed about my purchase. They even loaded it up in my car for me. Great shop with a great team!

Absolutely amazing! My wife and I were travelling and her wheelchair got a flat. I called them up and they had exactly what we needed and had it ready in minutes! Very friendly and Boomer was the best dog greeter ever! 😊💖 I can't thank you enough!

I have a fuzzy childhood memory of a previous incarnation next to Handy Dan on the other side of the shopping center. So grateful to have this shop in the neighborhood. The person at the counter is super helpful and showed the parts I was seeking, even helping me find used parts in the repair shop. It was a pleasant surprise to see a selection of used components and parts, including lots of stems, quill stems, brake pieces, etc. I wish Houston had a bike co-op, but with a great LBS like this one, the lack of a co-op isn't so painful.

NW Cycles was very helpful. I was looking for New Old Stock to rebuild my mid 90’s Diamond Back Apex Tt Lite. They provided me a time period specific Shimano XT front and rear derailleur and a chain that would work with my Sachs 7 speed cluster. It rides great.
